Why Ignite rather than another fitness download?
Your profile, progress, check-ins and Tyler AI support belong to one journey. The Method gives your records a purpose, so the next conversation can build on your actual experience.
Will it fit my real week?
Your profile asks about training availability, session length, equipment and current routine. Start with what is realistic, then use your check-ins to make the conversation useful.
Is Tyler personally replying?
Tyler AI uses Tyler Smith’s Method and your authorised context. It is AI coaching, not Tyler personally reading or replying. A human-review label requires an actual completed review.
Do I need to know all my numbers?
No. Choose the units you use, leave unknown calorie intake blank and save unfinished answers for later. Honest gaps are more useful than guessed measurements.
What can members use today?
Saved profiles, private dashboards, progress records, check-ins and Method-grounded Tyler AI support are available in Development. Full automatic calorie, meal and workout prescriptions are still being finished. Payments and voice are not enabled yet.
How do I join?
Complete your Performance Profile, then review Ignite. There is no free membership tier. Invited users can redeem an Early Access key after onboarding. Checkout is being prepared; no payment is taken in Development.
