1. Who we are and what cookies do

Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with matching requests. Local storage stays in the browser until removed. A service worker can cache selected files. These technologies are not all cookies, but this policy covers them together. Our cookies do not contain your raw health answers and we do not request device GPS location.

2. Storage used by this site

ig_session

Type / owner: First-party authentication cookie
Purpose: Keeps your signed-in account session secure; an opaque session value, not a stored profile. HttpOnly and Secure on the hosted site.
Duration: Up to one hour on customer sign-in, bounded by the authenticated session; removed on sign-out.
Use: Necessary for requested sign-in.

ig_csrf

Type / owner: First-party security cookie
Purpose: Protects signed-in actions against cross-site request forgery. JavaScript can read the token so it can send a matching security header.
Duration: Matches the customer session, up to one hour; removed on sign-out.
Use: Necessary for secure account actions.

ig_starting_draft

Type / owner: First-party onboarding cookie
Purpose: A protected reference permitting the draft-intake flow, not your answers in the cookie.
Duration: 24 hours from being set. Server-side unfinished drafts have a separate 90-day expiry.
Use: Necessary for the requested draft flow.

ig_starting_point

Type / owner: First-party onboarding cookie
Purpose: Maintains verified onboarding access; HttpOnly and Secure on the hosted site.
Duration: Up to one hour, bounded by authentication validity.
Use: Necessary for the requested onboarding flow.

ig_faq

Type / owner: First-party FAQ cookie
Purpose: A signed random visitor reference for the requested Ask Ignition service and per-browser question limits. Not linked to your member profile.
Duration: 31 days. FAQ records have a separate 90-day retention window.
Use: Set when you open the assistant, for its operation and abuse controls; not on a policy-page visit.

ig_tyler_voice_preference

Type / owner: First-party local storage
Purpose: Remembers your requested Tyler Voice on/off setting only; no health or chat text.
Duration: Until you change it or clear site data; no automatic browser expiry.
Use: Functional storage to remember your voice choice.

ig-public-pwa-v5 (versioned cache)

Type / owner: First-party service-worker cache
Purpose: Five public offline/style/icon assets. Does not cache private API responses, member records, credentials or form submissions.
Duration: Until the app replaces the cache or you clear site data; old versions are removed during activation.
Use: Supports the app’s requested offline fallback, not offline coaching.

3. Consent and your controls

The current site uses service/security storage and a voice preference. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting or a cross-site marketing-cookie programme. Optional first-party signed-in activity measurement is off by default and controlled by the preference on your dashboard. It measures page categories and estimated active time without a new tracking cookie, local identifier, screen recording or typed answers. The preference is stored on your account. Turning it off stops measurement and removes your stored activity. There is no advertising-cookie programme or “Accept all” banner.

You choose whether to sign in, start onboarding, open Ask Ignition or use voice. The FAQ records questions, answers and interaction events on the server as described in the Privacy Policy; its cookie is a pseudonymous service identifier, not anonymous data. You can browse the public information without opening the assistant.

Use the Tyler Voice switch in the coach to change your remembered voice choice. Use your browser’s site-data settings to inspect, block or delete cookies, local storage and cached files for ignitionphysique.com and, if used, ignition-beta-website.vercel.app. The two origins have separate browser storage. Clearing one does not clear the other.

Signing out clears account session cookies. Clearing site data also removes the saved voice preference and offline cache. Uninstalling an app may not clear the browser’s site data. A later visit or requested feature can recreate the storage it needs. These browser actions do not delete server records or cancel a subscription. Contact support for account-data requests.

4. Payment and other provider sites

Checkout and membership management redirect to Stripe; selecting Klarna can open its own pages. Those providers may set their own security, fraud-prevention and other cookies on their domains. Their exact storage depends on the flow and provider settings and is not set by these static policy pages. Review Stripe’s Cookie Policy and the privacy/cookie choices displayed by Klarna. We do not label all provider cookies as necessary or consent to optional provider tracking for you.

5. Blocking cookies and further information

Blocking all storage may stop sign-in, secure form submission, saved onboarding, FAQ limits, remembered voice settings or the offline fallback from working. Public policy pages remain readable without scripts or account cookies.

6. Changes and contact

Published and effective 28 September 2026. We will update this inventory when storage changes and draw material changes to your attention where appropriate. A new policy version is not consent to new optional tracking. Contact support@ignitionphysique.com with questions or concerns.
